Dr. Shaunak Prafull Mokadam completed his MBBS from Pravaranagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Loni and then went on to pursue his post graduate degree course in ophthalmology from the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital in Tamil Nadu. He appeared for the Membership examination of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (London), and was awarded the MRCOphth (London), in 2004. He completed his Diploma in Ophthalmology at N K P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Hingna, Nagpur in 2005.He then did a fellowship in Pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus with Prof Ahud Asia, at Tel Aviv, Israel in 2005. He has presented papers in several international and national conferences and is an invited faculty in local and state ophthalmology conferences.Presently, he manages all patients with squint, pediatric cataracts, refractive errors, cataract surgeries and manages glaucoma (both medically and surgically) at Anjani Eye Hospital, Nagpur.
