Dr. Santanu Ganguly , is a skilled experienced anterior segment surgeon who has performed over 40000 Cataract and other surgeries. He is also a skilled glaucoma surgeon, with special interest in squint and cosmetic lid operations. He had done a short training in Glaucoma from Arvind eye hospital in Coimbatore and had been practicing in Nepal as a founder member of a renowned eye hospital before starting working in Siliguri from 2017. Dr. Santanu Ganguly did his MBBS, and DO from RGKAR medical college, Kolkata and completed MD ophthalmology from BPKoirala eye centre in Nepal. He has 3 publications in index journals as principal author. To his credit, he had successfully started implanting Toric, Trifocal IOLs as one of the very few to do so, and is a pioneer in glaucoma valve surgery in North Bengal.
