Shaik M Basha did a Master's in Ophthalmology at Narayana Medical College, Nellore. He then pursued a long-term fellowship in comprehensive ophthalmology and glaucoma from the L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. Dr Basha’s work has been presented as posters, papers and videos at state and national conferences and published in international journals. His areas of interest are the evaluation of secondary glaucomas and public health to promote awareness and help needy people.
