Dr Aggarwal completed his post-graduation from GMC, Patiala, Punjab. Later he did his Comprehensive and Vitreoretinal Fellowship at L.V. Prasad Eye Institute. He has experience of managing cataracts as well as vitreoretinal diseases. His areas of interest include - Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Disorders, Uveitis and Surgical Retina. He is also actively involved in screening and management of Retinopathy of Prematurity. He is a member of the All India Ophthalmological Society as well as Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO, U.K.). He is keenly involved in the research work and has several indexed publications in peer-reviewed journals. Dr Aggarwal aspires to carry forward the ethics of the institution by his service.
